Assembly Worker - Weekly Pay
Commercial Employees is looking for an assembly worker for a production worker job in Export, PA with a starting pay of $14.50 per hour that is paid weekly with benefits including health, vision, dental and life insurance. No prior experience is required as our client will train you for the temporary to hire position.
Assembly Worker Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must be able to use hands for fine manipulation and repetitive activities required for assembly.
- Must be able to stand for up to eight hours.
- Prior experience preferred, but not required.
Assembly Worker Duties:
- Build a variety of subassemblies.
- Consistent hand placement of parts as described in approved procedures, diagrams, and product samples.
- Responsible for assembly processes at multiple stations throughout the department.
- Will undergo cross-training at multiple stations.
- Use of miscellaneous hand tools as required including small screwdrivers, hand drivers, hot fabric cutters, heat guns, box cutters, scissors and other tools as needed.
- Use of specialized machinery, as required, including sewing machines, material cutting and burning devices, riveters and specialized subassembly stations.
- Work as a team member for efficient production of high-quality products.
Assembly Worker Pay and Benefits
- Starting wage of $14.50 per hour that is paid weekly.
- Work a set first shift (7: 00 am 3: 30 pm) schedule.
- Overtime available.
- Temp to hire full-time position.
