Job Description
Our manufacturing client is looking for a Service Admin Assistant/Customer Service person. The Service Admin Assistant is a direct hire opportunity. The Service Admin Assistant will be working for a premier automation company that is located north or Pittsburgh. Immediate Need!
WILL CONSIDER ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES
The Customer Service/Service Admin Assistant will do the following in a manufacturing environment:
Provide support to the parts and services team as directed to ensure objectives are accomplished.
Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate level of support.
Manage communications between manufacturing departments, coordinating with team members on internal and external issues.
Document robot issues using company software.
Assist with workflow to and from the parts and services team and providing quotations when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to problem solve with little supervision.
Must have experience in a customer service environment. Manufacturing/automation background a huge plus.
Ability to absorb basic technical knowledge of robots and automation equipment.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Some knowledge of inventory and inventory management.
